Sounds good

After almost a year of negotiation by Grey Power Mercury Bay,

Resonate Health’s mobile hearing unit has arrived in Whitianga, bringing hearing testing and fitting closer to communities across the Coromandel Peninsula.

Located beside the Mercury Bay Club on the Campbell Street side, the purpose-built mobile unit means many people can have their hearing tested and be fitted with hearing aids without having to travel considerable distances for hearing services.

Resonate Health provides hearing aids through a subscription model of $90 a month, including ongoing care and new technology replacement every three years.

At a time when electricity, food and other household costs continue to rise, having a predictable monthly cost is aimed at making hearing health more accessible.

The ability to hear has been closely linked to overall well-being. Besides capturing sound, our ears are instrumental in forming relationships and interpreting the world around us, which is why Resonate says it is crucial to get the right support.
