A comprehensive overhaul of the central membership database and associated servicing systems was approved by the Federation Board last year. This is now underway.
Member benefits will likely include phone renewals & payment, rolling membership (12 monthly subs paid on joining anniversary), membership auto-renewal option, digital member cards & simple member sign-up.
The upgrade is progressing and when complete will include wide benefits for the Federation Board and for individual associations.
