In response to a request from the Minister of Health, Simeon Brown and the Associate Minister of Health (and Minister for Seniors) Casey Costello, Grey Power Federation has compiled a survey to assess the level and standard of government-funded, in-home domestic care for those in need.
The Federation invites all who qualify (members and others) or who have applied for care and not been approved, to either fill out the survey below and post to Freepost 256050 Grey Power NZ Federation, P.O. Box 19, Pukekohe 2340 or, alternatively, scan and email to: fed-office@greypower.co.nz Note: No personal data will be disclosed.
