One of our long-held dreams has been to create a bespoke service whereby we are able to analyse people’s medicines, work out if medicines are a contributing factor to their sleep disturbances and then devise a plan for overcoming this or other side effects.
If requested, at no extra cost, we would send a copy of the personalised medicine review and sleep plan to the client’s GP along with any suggested alternatives which don’t have sleep issues.
