Initially known as GreenStar, we were one of the first companies to be involved in the Warmer Kiwi Homes Scheme. Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted name in the industry, proudly serving households across Auckland, Waikato, and the Bay of Plenty regions.
As proud partners of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA), we help Kiwis create warmer, healthier homes by providing access to significant government grants.
These grants cover 50% -100% of the cost for insulation, heatpumps, and LED upgrades, making these essential improvements more affordable – and yes, in some cases even FREE (Ts & Cs apply).
Over the past 15 years, we’ve transformed more than 60,000 homes, making them more energy-efficient and also healthier places to live.
Despite these efforts, about 40% of Kiwi homes still lack adequate insulation, which is a key component to maintaining a warmer, healthier environment.
Homes without proper insulation are more susceptible to dampness and cold, which can lead to increased health risks such as respiratory illnesses.

Upgrading insulation improves comfort and also significantly reduces these health risks, leading to fewer sick days and doctor visits.
Our services extend beyond insulation and heatpumps. We offer solutions such as air conditioning, ventilation systems, extraction fans and energy-efficient lighting, all designed to enhance comfort and reduce energy bills.
