Grey Power Electricity introduces SmoothPay, allowing customers to pay a consistent monthly amount, spreading electricity costs evenly throughout the year. With the flexibility to choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payments, this option has gained popularity among those seeking financial stability in their budgeting.

New My Account – convenience at your fingertips

Launched in December, the new My Account feature enables customers to access account information 24/7. From viewing daily, weekly, and monthly usage online to making payments and adding additional services like Gas and Broadband, this user-friendly platform enhances convenience for Grey Power Electricity customers.

Enjoy receiving your bill in the mail?

Despite the industry trend, Grey Power Electricity customers who prefer to receive their bill in the mail still have this option. Despite the rising costs of postage, there is no extra charge for customers who choose this option.

Enjoy a visit to your local NZPost shop?

Grey Power Electricity is one of the few retailers which still make this payment option available to customers. From 1 April 2024, there will be an over the counter fee charged by NZPost of $2.50 but this payment option will remain for our valued customers.

Direct Debit – effortless payments

Direct Debit is one of the most popular payment options, offering Grey Power Electricity customers peace of mind with automatic deductions on the due date. This hassle-free method ensures timely payments without the need for manual intervention.
